WHY is no one talking about the Parent's Day episode!?!

I just watched it after a few years and I got teared up when Helga's dad called Arnold an orphan. How could a grown man say something so horrible about a child. He already felt sad about having grandparents. Thank god this is a cartoon, because Helga's dad should have been hunted lol.

What do you all think happened to them? I just watched a trailer for a movie called the Green Inferno where a plane crashes in the Amazon and the survivors are hunted and tortured by cannibals!

I think it's been discussed a lot over the years and it still gets to some as you said. There are a number of episodes where Arnold's friends other than Helga, are mean or cruel to him. The one kid that helps everybody. But this cut deep. You really hurt for Arnold.

Rubyredjewel is right and "Arnold Betrays Iggy"
Is a perfect example of him being treated like Crap by his friends.

Even his own grandpa made a joke out of it by saying he'd take plenty of pictures for the album. Talk about embarrassing.

Then there's Gerald who didn't believe him when Sid accused him of stealing money.

That's the saddest episode I ever watched. I keep feeling that maybe his parents were killed in a plane crash.

"Arnold, my love, why must I worship you...and NEVER EVER tell?" 

LOL have none of you been paying attention? The Jungle Movie (due out next year) will explain everything.
