Heat episode

A few nitpicks

There wasn't any other public place in Hillwood besides the movie theater that had air conditioning? Or any other Ice cream parlors? Lol. Also, Arnold and Gerald probably could've sprayed themselves with the garden hose or something. When I was a kid I would go out in the backyard with a hose and bucket and dump cold water on my head and play with the hose/sprinkler. Unless Sunset Arms has a policy on that, lol

Also the very end when everybody is standing out in the rain just makes me cringe for some reason. Especially Joey (kid in the green with a missing tooth) splashing it on his face. Don't ask me why it makes me cringe, I just can't look at it. It's just the way it's animated and the way all the characters are drawn.

Well at least in the movie theater they could stay in there for a few hours in the air conditioning. Anywhere else they might have been charged with loitering. As for ice cream parlors, I don't know. But what I always thought was stupid about this episode was The Jolly Olly Man charging $20-30 for ice cream? What!!?? No one's going to pay that. How can he expect to make any money if he charges so high for it that no one will buy it?

I know right? haha. I wonder what Rainbow Turbo Pops were. Probably like those rainbow colored red-orange-yellow-green-blue popsicles. And chocolate covered bubblegum drumsticks? I've heard of the classic drumstick with chocolate, but bubble gum? Um, is there a gumball on top or something? Or inside the ice cream like a Charms blow pop? Felt bad for Eugene straining his back. Ugh Joey splashing the water on his face . . . I HATE that. lol. I wish they could've picked somebody else like Sheena or Helga.

Why does it matter that Joey was splashing water on his face?

Haha to Eugene breaking his back I love when he said "is there a doctor in the house". Anyways, it's a funny episode I think they could have went in a building to get air. That ice cream man was crazy for charging that much, he must have just charged that for the summer.

Haha...agreed.

I like the end part when everybody is standing out in the rain. The way the city starts to look very dull with the noise of the raining falling mixed with the jazz piece over it, a very peaceful feeling about it all.

I also love the ending of the "Snow" episode and the music. Very heartwarming.

Agreed. This show always seemed to have excellent endings to episodes, usually because of the music.
