What race is the Jolly Olly Man? I really can't decide he can pass for a few different ones.

Funny...I've been wondering the same thing two days ago. Not sure if he's really Hispanic or Asian.

His dad was shown in that episode when Arnold rode along with him for a school project. His dad looked white to me.
