Pardon my butting in, since I'm not "namok", but the answer is "no".

Victoria Garcia-Kelleher plays the waitress in a later scene, so she appears in the credits.

"Donna Hagen" is the hot babe sitting next to Tommy in the opening scene, when the teacher is setting up a sex ed class; Tommy actually mentions her by name when he asks the teacher if she could be his "lab partner".

"Donna" doesn't have any lines, is never seen again on the series as far as I know, and is uncredited.

As usual, I'll tack on an afterthought: I've wondered how IMDb (among others) acquires so much information about actors that aren't listed in credits. I assume there are studio/production company business record archives that include payroll records-- since even uncredited actors get paid, that would be one way to identify them.

Or maybe film scholars, or even fans, compile "Who's Who" references. I welcome any clues to solve this mystery.

All that said, Donna Hagen's appearance was so fleeting that she's basically an "extra". They probably don't bother to keep detailed/permanent records for such micro-roles.

Namok may have to hire a private detective to crack this case.
