Sally was the Security Officer,
Tommy was the Information Officer,
but what was Harry's job?

Season 2 Episode 17 - Harry says his job is being a sponge. He changes jobs with Sally for the episode and both end up hating their new job.
shareAt the beginning of the first few episodes, it was explained that Dick had assembled an 'elite team of experts' to help him on his mission.
A decorated military officer (Sally), a seasoned intelligence officer (Tommy) and, well, they just had an extra seat. (Implying that Harry took the seat, and was effectively useless.)
Later in the show, you found out that Harry had a transmitter in his head, which they could use to communicate with The Big Giant Head.
