In the first few episodes of the 2nd season, Dick is trapped in an invisible box in the basement of Mrs. Dubchek's house.
Their basement is the exact same as the Huxtable's basement on the Cosby Show with only minor paint and set dressing differences.
i remember i actually watched 3rd rock from the sun waaay before i ever saw the cosby show. I was born in 1987, so i was JUST too young to be around when cosby was popular, so i saw 3rd rock first lol.
I knew i remembered i had seen the basement in cosby show before and it was only when i saw ur post that i realized they were the two shows with the similar basements. They really are basically exact lol.
the funny thing is that it definitely is the same set they used in cosby. Both shows were made by Carsey-Werner Company so they must have just altered a few things for the few episodes they used the basement for lol
Also, the next door neighbor's garage is the same one used on ROSEANNE.
