I like the idea of an International manhunt for Keyser Soze.

No. I think it's fine as a single movie.

The ending is perfect. The bad guy gets away with it. It virtually builds up to that being the whole point, so to have a sequel where there is an international manhunt for him, I don't think we need to see that. We should just assume that he is too clever to be found.
