Same building in Die Hard at the end

The buidling that tommy goes to the salinsky one. Looks like the nakotomi building in Die Hard

actually it isn't.....that building is in chicago (tommy boy), while the other building is in los angeles.

Only the flyover shots of Chicago were filmed in Chicago. The rest was filmed in Canada, I believe.

That building is down the street from where I work and its part of the Fox Plaza in Century City, in West Los Angeles, CA. The adjoining plaza looks a lot different than it did back when the movie was shot but the building itself is unmistakable as you drive east on Olympic Boulevard.

Yes, it was the same building, the fox plaza in L.A.
It shocked me when they took some shots in Chicago, and i said immediately that thàt particular Scyscraper is the Nakatomi-building.
Besides, in the movie you see it twice.
I know it for sure, because i`ve been there......(A big fan of Die Hard)
