I knew it! I just watched a clip back and thought "hmm the gravel in that voice sounds familiar.......Walter White?? Is that you?!"

I just found this out now, Bryan Cranston was Fei Long in the English dub. I never noticed it before. I re-watched the movie just now, and at first it didn't sound like him, but then I remembered I had to mentally de-age his voice and it's defintely him, and he sounds close to the way he talks when he explains to Ryu what Shadaloo/Shadowlaw is.

My face lit up and I nerded out.

My favorite trivia out of the entire movie. I had no idea until somebody told me.
