I just bought the DVD. Bare-Bones is an understatement. The only thing on the disc is the feature presentation track and the FBI warnings. Strange. They have chapter breaks but no chapter selection menu. However, the picture is crisp, and I suppose Dolby 2.1 is better than mono.
Still, I like this film, but it's no Ski School. Someone needs to release the original on DVD!!!
This fog is getting thicker! And Leon's getting laaaaarrrrrger!
Is the original soundtrack present? I bought the Region 2 DVD a year ago but they'd changed all the music and it was horrible to watch. Some of the songs in the movie, particularly the one over the end credits (Anyhowtown?) were superb, and really added to the film. If anyone can help me on this point I'd appreciate it, because I don't want to shell out any more cash to find the same flaws.
I don't really know what the original soundtrack was for Part 2. I did have it in my mind that it didn't compare to the original's soundtrack, but as for whether or not they changed it, I don't know.

The American producers were fighting with the Canadian producers ..... so the great sound track is only on the Canadian VHS and film release. The rest of the world must suffer throught the 2nd rate US tracks of which only a couple were kept for the Canadain mix.
