I've heard this before in other films, would like to track it down.
Not included in soundtrack listing here nor in film's end credits.

Yeah, it was also used in the final scene of LaBamba, as well as reused in a nearly identical scene in The Prophecy 3: The Ascent with Gabriel in the same diner with the same waitress
