How does the Prophecy film series with 5 films hold up against other film series like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and even James Bond?

Series? that implies you took the other 4 films seriously. You shouldn't do that. It's like Highlander, another Widen gem, all the sequels stank.
That being said, the first one's still hella better than LOTR.
