I am trying to recall a movie's name. At the end the " bad guy" dressed in a black uniform is ordered to give up and he starts shooting and is killed.

Can someone remind me of the movies name?

Oh, I remember. IT COULD BE ANY ONE OF 1,253,025 MOVIES.

Nope, it's not Speed. Dennis Hopper dies by having his head ripped off by a subway tunnel light in that one, not in a hail of gunfire.

Whats the setting? Is he killed by one man or a bunch? Whats his race?
Kinda reminds me of Falling Down. What a great movie.
Also, brings to mind Dirty Harry. The classic "do you feel lucky?" speech.

I'm pretty sure it's Falling Down, starring Michael Douglas (the guy who was shot) and Robert Duvall (the cop who shoots him)

there was a part in die hard when the guy comes out of some rubble and tries to kill Bruce willis' wife but then the black cop kills him lol.
