Totally agree on this. It hasn't aged well but its also part of the charm of the film.

Definitely! It feels like going back in time. When you see Return to Castle Wolfenstein in the introduction it's just win!

if you play close attention to the game at the beginning she is either fake playing the game and a 'demo' was really running ... or they had GOD MODE turned on because as you can tell she gets swamped by baddies and gets shot multiple times, yet the characters health meter is always 100%. Being a fan of DOOM when it came out, i had the shareware version in 1994. this movie came out in 1995, wonder why they used wolf3d instead of DOOM ...
