How old is Brodie supposed to be?

Not that it's a big deal, but does anyone know roughly how old Brodie is supposed to be in this movie? It's mentioned that T.S. is still in college. Is Brodie supposed to be the same age or older? I always assumed he was around 25.

21-23 would be my guess.

Yeah early 20s for sure. What I've never understood was why someone his age is still getting excited over the mall. Aren't you supposed to be past that by the end of your teen years? Seems a little odd, Smith should've set the move in a more adult place

I think Brodie still being so excited about the mall really showed just how immature he still was. It went right along with his showing more interest in Sega than his girlfriend.

I figured he was 21-24 because Affleck's character was 25 & after Tricia admits to Brodie that she slept with him & when Brodie asks her why she didn't ask him, she says that she needed a 25-year-old.

To be fair, Brodie was asking her why she slept with him due to Shannon being a major *beep* not due to his age.

It's really a moot point, since I always figured Brodie was in his early 20s as well.

I think 21. T.S. and Brandi are in college. Unless they studied for Master degrees, I'm thinking they should be no older than that.
