brushing your hair
I found out the benefits of using a boar brush and how to properly use it, and it makes me think of Lavinia and how she excessively brushed her hair.

shareLol, yeah, supposedly using a boar bristle brush is really good for your hair. Unfortunately, my hair tangled too easily with any brush, and a boar bristle brush didn't get into the individual strands well enough to separate the strands so I stopped using it. I finally found a decent shampoo that has done the best job ever of detangling my hair, and a conditioner that makes it soft and shiny and upkeeps the hair's detangling, and maybe now I'll look into a boar bristle brush again.
But yeah, Lavinia is so vain and her one pride is her hair, so when it begins to fall out, it was a real lesson in humility for her.
EMOTICONS ARE BACK! YAY!
My hair used to be like that for 22 years. You should look into Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. You probably don't have enough fats and fat soluble vitamins in your diet.
I was very sick for 7 years, and I had to change my diet a million times before I found what made me sick and how to make me better. Now my hair hardly ever gets tangled. I blame it on the diet. I used to use expensive shampoos before I got sick, but I became allergic to them when I got sick.
But sulphates dry out your hair, which tangle it. That's also why hair gets frizzy, because it's too dry. A good diet and sulfate free shampoos will help keep the hair healthy.
