My God, how much was Ben's severance paycheck?

He's blowing money left & right in Vegas for weeks on end with zero concern in sight. How much could he have possibly been given and how much longer would it realistically last?

Well Im sure he was spending every dime he had, since his plan was to die. I could live in Vegas for a few months without needing a severance if I didnt mind blowing my life savings and leaving a big fat credit card bill when I die.

I wouldn't do that. The creditors might repossess your tomb.

I mean his severance pay couldn't have been that much considering he stayed in The Hole You're In. On the other hand he told his boss "this is too generous". Let's see $29 a night for 4 weeks 30 days=812. He said he has enough for $250-300 a day on booze and such: total of $8500 more or less. But maybe he just picked this because maid service is optional; hence no one would disturb him or his booze. Also since he told Sera how much he had he either trusted her or didn't care that she might rip him off (which the other girl did).

Yeah, I guess he had more than enough to drink himself to death in several months or whatever, especially since he was staying at Sera's place after a couple weeks.
