Just caught this film again, and it seems to get better each time. One thing is driving me mad. There's a scene where a futuristic vehicle (looks like a flying lambo) is bashing into parked vehicles. Hershey opens the door and pulls the guy out. The guy, a loudmouth starts shooting off at the mouth until Dredd turns up. Who is this actor, he looks really familiar. There's no trace of him listed in the credits!

Thanks, but isn't he listed as "block warlord"? The guy whose car gets blown up comes across as a 'yuppie' type, I didn't get the impression he was a warlord.
