I burst out laughing when De Niro said those words. It reminded me of his lines in Taxi Driver. . . . "Are you looking at me? Are You looking at me?" Hilarious! I'l bet De Niro know there would be a viewer reaction.

He says, "you TALKING to me?"

Though I never thought of this (hmm, or maybe I have), I would say it's certainly easy to see the similarity. His delivery is nothing short of badass in both films.
