Seen on many other boards, so to quote Bobby, let's do it ladies!
*Never close your eyes when shaking hands with Max *Nuns can appear at the craziest locations *Bobby can teleport, after the "Stand Out", from the crowd to the bus *Don't worry about cash when asking for a favor, they will gladly accept a can of cheese
-If you get a phone call from your son's principal about your son causing trouble, the best way to handle it is to drag him on a road trip, even though he expresses deep dislike
-Hugging an emo kid will NOT calm him down. Instead, it will get you slapped
-Max's idea of a worst nightmare is turning into his father
-If you're telling your friend about lying to your father, check to make sure no one's listening.
<i>"Ix-nay on the oopid-stay."</i> "WHO YOU CALLING OOPID-STAY?" Bella for loving Edward.
*Sneaking into a high profile concert, going up onstage, not to mention smashing the security guard into the jumbo-tron will not result in arrest if you can impress everyone with a goofy dance. *Powerline is a very understanding fellow. *The three years that take place between this movie and Goof Troop were incredibly depressing. Max became a loser once he got to high school. Pete lost his car dealership and Peg and Pistol either took off or died, which explains why he's an even bigger jerk than he was before. *If we listen to each other's hearts, you'll find we're never too far apart.
* It's always important to be honest. * Max never really needed to do that stunt or lie about the concert; he could've afforded to be more confident in his approach to Roxanne, as she was obviously sending out signals to him. * As much as Goofy embarrasses him, Max needed to acknoledge that he is still his father and that he can't hide the fact that he is a Goof. * Goofy really should have given Max the opportunity to explain HIS side of the story before taking him on that vacation; it could've saved both a whole lot of trouble. * Taking sons to places they obviously will not like (Lester's Possum Park) is not the answer for getting closer; in fact, it only makes the situation worse. * Ditto for altering the map; if Max had given Goofy the benefit of the doubt and told him sooner, he wouldn't have to go through the trouble of breaking his dad's heart just to fulfill his promise. * The importance of understanding and respecting one another's needs/values. Goofy and Max really hadn't been on mutual speaking terms in a while, hence the strain in their relationship, and the vacation resulting in a whole lot more of misunderstandings until they both decide to admit their side of the story. * As insecure as Max was around Roxanne, I really think that she could've been more assertive; if she admitted that she liked him from the start, he wouldn't have to go through the impersonation of Powerline or even make up that story. IOW, neither Max or Roxanne were confident with each other. Of course, they're both teenagers, so....
*if you trap your school principal down the elevator and do a huge dance for the school, you will automatically go from being a complete loser to the most popular kid in school. *there IS such thing as a perfect cast. *if your car goes down a waterfall, you can get it out and the engine will still run. The car will be dirty and the seats might be torn up, but hey, the car still runs. That's all that matters, right? O_O *you can put a new tire on your car by just kicking it on with your foot. *corpses can still get out of their coffin, get on top of a car and dance. *some highways can have up to 7 or 8 lanes all going in the same direction.
That's exactly the case with I-75, just northwest of Atlanta and the Perimeter. Going northbound, there's eight lane, and going southbound, there's seven lanes. I live in Georgia, so I know this. So it actually is possible! HA!
