Money, money, money

To recap just the dollars flying around:

Leo owes Bones 15k, plus 2700 vig. This becomes Chili's debt to Bones because Chili failed to collect it from Leo's "widow."

Leo, being secretly alive, scams 300k from the airline. Turns that into 500k in Vegas. Of that, Chili finds 310k hidden in the closet at Leo's hotel room in LA. It is not clear what happened to the other 190k, although Leo had money on him for betting at the race track. Chili takes the 300k because he justifies it doesn't belong to Leo, and "borrows" the other 10k. Leo wants 150% loan shark interest on the 10k, but Chili only agrees to 18% interest. Chili never gives Harry this money toward producing Lovejoy, so Chili ends up with these funds in the end.

Murray's widow wants 500k from Harry for the Mr Lovejoy script. By coincidence, that same amount is sitting untouched in the airport locker as a drug payoff from the Limo guys to the Columbians.

The Limo guys had given Harry 200k for 20 points(%) in Freaks. Harry loses that money betting on football in Vegas trying to parlay it into funds to buy the Lovejoy script, plus Harry owes the casino another 150k.

Bo took back the airport locker key C18 back from Yayo after killing him, and tells Harry if Chili empties the locker then Harry can use the funds as an interest free loan. Chili tries, but escapes the fed stakeout without getting nailed or getting the money.

Escobar (Columbian kingpin and Yayo's uncle) wants his 500k, or will kill Bo. Ronnie tells Bo they have no extra money in the Limo account after giving Harry the 200k (although bit of a plot hole because they had the suitcase full of cocaine which they could have turned into at least 500k.) Bo dies trying to rob Chili of the 300k. (For some reason Bo doesn't demand the locker key back from Chili as well here.) Escobar apparently never gets his money.

Bones discovers Leo's scam, and finds Chili with locker key C18 so assumes that's where Chili put the 300k. Bones takes the key as settlement for all Chili's debts, and heads off to open the locker where he gets nailed by the feds who confiscate the 500k. Presumably Bones takes the rap by himself, as the others end up producing "Get Shorty".

Once the "story" is out, we don't know if Bones is held accountable for the Ronnie murder, or if Leo ever gets nabbed for the airlines scam.
