i read " the face on the milk carton" last year.. and i just saw the middle of the movie right now on ABCfamily... but then i left to go rent movies and wen i got back it was the very ending.
since i hadnt read this book since last year i dont remember what happened... how did hannah come in in this movie? why did janie/jennie ( and how was she allowed ) to go back to the jessman family??? and in the book wasnt her last name johnson??

If I recall in the movie her biological parents allowed her to go back home, figuring it was best for her as she wasn’t adjusting well.
I don’t recall Hannah being in the picture at all, if I remember right they got news that she had been killed.

Hannah wasn;'t in the movie at all, but a detective came and talked to them and told them that she was a prostitute.
sharei have read the books though the movie i saw a very long time ago but if your wondering who hannah is then i can tell you ;] anyways she is the johnshon/jessman or w/e daughter and she had brought janie to their house one day after she was already on her own in a cult. and the Jessmen's didn't know that Hannah had kidnapped here they thought Janie was her daughter .. no one ever sees hannah again hope i helped ?
