I don't think that you can buy it, unless by bootleg.

There is another TV movie on DVD where the girl who plays a kidnap victim in this TV movie also stars in with Ivan Sergei where she plays a policeman's daughter who gets abused by her husband (Sergei) and eventually murders him in self defense. Both movies came out in May 1995 and that other movie is called "If Someone Had Known" and you can order it at amazon.com. when you're there, just type in Kellie Martin or If Someone Had Known and it will bring it up. The girl who plays Jennifer is Kellie Martin.
