very exciting

reply

I didn't.

I would have loved seeing it on the big screen.

I was 14 and wanted to see it. We didn't really go to movies as much when I was that age, don't really know why. But after seeing it I was especially bummed out, having not seen it in the theatres. Very well could be my #1 movie all time, but Gladiator and some others make it difficult to know for sure.

Funny enough we saw the first 2 on VHS but saw this one opening wk.

My dear wife wasn't getting around so gd at that point so we only went to films
WE KNOW were going to be gd like this and of course BOND

I was also 14 when I saw this in theaters. I missed those times when movies weren't spoiled by the internet. One could just happen upon a great movie and enjoy the ride.

It's one of the last movies that I saw with my dad. He isn't dead-- we just don't watch movies together anymore.
I loved it then and now. It's a very close second to the original, imo. Unfortunately every other Die Hard movie ranges from mediocre to GET ME THE HELL OUT OF THIS THEATER.
