Don't know if this has been brought up before but...

Anyone notice the utterly ridiculous mistake on the cover for this film?
And by utterly ridiculous, I mean total moronic brainfart on the part of the idiot who created the the image.

I'll give you a hint.

That's as bad as the DVD Menu screen wallpaper for the "Flight of the Intruder" showing an F-14 Tomcat.

That is pretty ridiculous. When I read the thread, I expected it would be something like the silhouette of a Los Angeles sail or something, but that's awful. (The hint link wouldn't work for me, but I get it.)

I wonder when the Unrated Extended Version came out. It seems like nobody who had anything to do with the movie creatively was left minding the store. Some graphic design intern left unsupervised, I suppose.

"Morbius, something is approaching from the southwest. It is now quite close."

Probably the same thing happened with Flight of the Intruders.

The Main DVD Menu screen shows an F-14 Tomcat in flight. The Film is about the A-6 INTRUDER. No F-14's were seen throughout the film. Some idiot who watched too much Top Gun probably thought the image looked cool and inserted it unthinkingly.

Next time I'm in Muskegon, Michigan I'll visit the boat and get Denzel's and Gene's autographs. Arf!

I didn't know they were that old! Arf, arf.
