This guy would have nuked Toledo if he thought a 83 year old Russian-speaking person there died in their sleep

luckily for us (and for all small-sized cities) he decided to become a U.S. Citizen, only to get nuked and then saved from The Postman

Small bit of trivia, Von Bargen and I were in college together and were in the same cast of one long-running student stage production. You know he died in 2015.
