shareThere were 4 bathrooms. The one for the kids, Mike and Carol's, the one close to the den, and one attached to the service porch apparently for Alice...and I'm not sure if any of them had a toilet lol

It's pretty funny and, I don't know if this was intentional or not, guessing not, but that exact line "1 bathroom for 9 people" was quoted by Shelly Long in Troop Beverly Hills which also had Betty Thomas who directed this movie. Like I said probably means nothing but I thought it was interesting.
