Electra's apartment shootout

The girl who lived downstairs from Electra arrives home as Miguel and Wrath are in Electra's apartment in the middle of a shoot out.
She sees the wire that Miguel had found, indicating that Electra has her place under survailence, so she runs upstairs bursts in the room and shouts 'Who the hell do you think you are?' And is then gunned down by Miguel.

Why did she go upstairs to yell at Electra, when before arriving home their cars passed about a mile away from the apartment building and she waved to and acknowledged Electra. Electra couldn't have been there.

Just thought I'd see if anyone else noticed this?

That's true themuttsnuts9. Also, would the average female know that the cable led to a survailance system or just assume that it was a hard wired smoke alarm system (a set up that is required in apartment buildings). She seemed to know intantly that it was a camera just by seeing it hanging there. What led her to believe that it was electra who was snooping on her. All it was was a wire going into the ceiling. It could have gone anywhere.

Yes, good catch.

I also thought that in this situation she would have checked to see if the intruder was still in the place, or at least called the cops to report a break-in.

Wow, I didn't even realize that until you said something...Maybe she was so upset at having found the camera she didn't think and just ran up there? Or maybe the movie just has a dumb plot hole in it, haha.
