why is assassins so underated i dont understand it is a really good film that is well worth watching. the first time i watched it was in 2007 and i thought it was really brillient as well as my friends saying it was brillient. it is cleverly directed by lethal weapon director richard donnor and is superbly written by the wachowski brothers. this film is filled with non stop battle scenes and great acting from stallone and banderas julianne moore was good as well. this film is very slick dark and edgy a little light at times but at the end of the day assassins does deliver.

Yeah, it's a damn good flick! I've always thought it was entertaining. I think the "Stallone" factor is part of the issue, but this is one of my favorite things he's ever done, if not my favorite! It's not a trivial film to me, either. There is depth and complexity. I find myself re-watching this film a lot.
