Wachowski Bros' Original Script...

Anyone have access to or know the key differences between the Helgeland Script (used in the movie) and the original Wachowski Brothers script? (it was at simplyscripts.com but has been taken off line)

I've read on wikipedia that the romance between Rath and Electra is more developed, there was more violence, and that Rath's character was not as sympathetic.

Just came out on Blu-Ray today!!!

In case you're still interested, here's the Wachowski's original screenplay:

IMHO, I believe Helgeland did a good rewrite, greatly improving its structure and defining Stallone's character more efficiently. Some good scenes get lost in the process (the opening in the marsh, for example, I think it's better in the original screenplay, though considerably longer), but many others are improved.

Here's the Helgeland script if you wish to compare. It's always better to judge a screenplay by what's on the page, not on the screen:

Salut.
