How could Rath be sure that Bain would get into HIS taxi?

When Rath steals the taxi cab and takes out the ID badge of the original driver, he then uses the radio to listen to out for a pick up that sounds like Bain, but how the hell out of all the taxis in that area would Bain just happen to get into his one? and also just because the dispatch said the passenger was going to the airport, what are the odds again that it would be Bain considering how popular drop off point the airport is for taxi passengers?

I didn't get this part either.

I own you.

Rath couldn't be sure at all. He was just hoping like hell he would get lucky. I agree it's extremely unlikely that not only would Bain have gotten into his cab but the first customer Rath picked up happened to be Bain.

It would have been more realistic if they showed Rath responding to multiple cab calls for the airport and driving to those locations to see if the person was Bain.

I agree with all of the above. I think they did it, purely and simply because other films have pulled the same sort of caper. This is in no way an excuse however.🐭
