If Kevin Costner had asked for more money that Tom Hanks, the filmmakers wouldn't have cared.

Costner is a terrible actor.

Not sure if Costner is terrible but I think we can all agree that Hanks is clearly the better actor.

I wouldn’t say he’s a terrible actor at all. Perhaps he’s had his day though.

Not terrible. He can be very good. But I do think Hanks was a better choice.

Costner would have turned the movie into a six hour marathon with him dictating into the tape recorder floating around the capsule every detail/thought during the mission.
