One of my favorites has always been "The Human Operators." I think it's a great story and the actors seemed very realistic I their roles.
I like a lot of the episodes. The one siding like we're the clip shows, especially the ones that tied episodes together when they shouldn't have been.

"A Stitch In Time" is probably the single best episode of any Sci Fi TV show ever (in my opinion).
"The Light Brigade" and "Trial By Fire" are two of my other faves - Robert Patrick and Wil Wheaton were on cracking form in Light Brigade.
'Knowledge is cheap at any price'
I'm glad somebody listed Abaddon as I thought that one was pretty bad ass. The whole claustrophobic setting of the lonely ship going through deep space. However, one that I liked that wasn't listed was The Grid. Felt that this one was unsettling with the computer doing the mind control.
