What does Lucas whisper?

Apologies if this has been asked before but I've never been able to quite make out what Lucas whispers to Gail when she's unconscious in the hospital after almost being killed and losing the baby.

It's either "You don't get another chance" or "You're gonna get another chance". I used to think it was the latter and being so terribly in love with Lucas when I was 15 and this first aired, I got all teenage girly swirly thinking that it meant they'd hook up again one day.

Now that I've grown up and rewatched the dvd's a couple times, I swear he says 'don't'. This is odd coz so many sites I've gone to talk about how he tells her there's a second chance.

Anyone know 100% for sure what he says there?

I've always thought the latter, myself. Have you tried 'closed captioning' or subtitles? If not, see what it says he says. I have my TV set up so that whenever I mute the sound, CC shows up until the sound is turned back on. I use it sometimes when watching VHS tapes or DVDs ... I'll rewind and watch a scene again to find out if I heard correctly.

I don't own a tv so I use my computer to watch dvd's and it doesn't have the subtitle option. And because AG doesn't have subtitles........ :-(

I checked at Hulu.com, but only about 4 eps have CC, and the last ep isn't included.

I'll try to remember to get out my DVD and see if the CC works, and try to get you the answer.

The CC didn't work when I muted the sound, but in the language section there were subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
