Does anyone know concrete reasons given for the show being canceled, by Cassidy or anyone working on the show? If you can point me to an actual source rather than just a supposed statement or rumor, that'd be great. I've heard the speculation about how the show was ahead of its time, too unusual for network execs, etc, but I'd rather know what those involved actually said.

No sources but I've always heard that CBS chief Les Moonves didn't find it to be good family fare. Search the Shaun Cassidy board for possible quotes.

I would not give that person the benefit of being 'religious' and call him stupid is an insult to stupid people!

I guess that may be one thing going for him - he did let it air ... so we have one season. Nice ending too, but it could have have had more potential. Plenty of high budget movies this much right.
