Ring of Fire / Rebirth
Re-watching this show on DVD in the CORRECT order, and wow I'm loving it.
I never thought I'd say it, but I think it might be ahead of Twin Peaks for me now.
Has there ever been a character as cool and conniving as Sheriff Lucas Buck?
Gary Cole deserved EMMYs for this role! He's awesome.
I'm just up to RING OF FIRE and astonished this episode wasn't even aired in the show's original CBS run. It's such an emotional episode with so much character development and intimacy between Gale and Buck. Wow, just wow.
Also loved REBIRTH. So emotional. And brought a lot of depth to Merle's character.
I f'ing love this show. I want to live in Trinity!
