Never put a little boy in a movie.

Please please please. Leave the little brats out of horror movies. This could have been another campy horror flick in the 6/10 range, but they put that stupid kid in it and ruined any desire to watch it.

I disagree. Maybe someone who isn't a parent can't relate to the fear a parent feels. But the idea of someone killing your child in their dreams is terrifying. As a parent you want to protect your child yet it isn't impossible to protect them when they dream. One of my kids had night terrors. She would wake up screaming bloody murder from age 2-4. Almost every night at the same time. She'd fight my husband and I and there was no comforting her. It was terrifying.

I do get your point though because before I was a parent I hated the kid in Cujo. His screaming drove me nuts. But after I had a kid I was able to put myself in the mothers place and I saw the movie with new eyes.
