I stand corrected Sidlieun. If Iced T is on Law and Order fair play to him...perhaps he had a bad time or bad direction on Surviving The Game.

either way I take back the hot dog comments. I genuinely did read somewhere that his career had imploded and he was flipping burgers somewhere. If he's got his career back on track. Fair play to him.

You know, I would be genuinely surprised if he himself was proud of his performance in Surviving the game. Every actor is allowed a few turkeys..

on that point, did you think Iced T was a "terrific actor" in Surviving the Game?

(I haven't seen him in Law and Order, so I can only really comment on here about my impression of his performance in this film)

Ice T is probably at the peak of his career. I don't think he does much burger flipping.

The concept behind IMDB and the message boards is for people to comment on individual movies and I just happened to think that Iced T was dreadful in this particular movie.

You can't judge an actors performance with some sort of batting average. You judge actors and actresses on *that* performance and every actor/actress has a turkey. Even de niro, michael caine, pacino, marlon brando and many of the great actors of all time had bad performances...they're human.

Instead of just coming across all self righteous...check out Iced T in Barbership. I caught some previews and he is excellent in that.

The point I'm making is that just because Iced T is very good in Barbershop, doesn't change my opinion that he had a "bad day at the office" with Surviving the Game. Whether that's down to bad direction or whatever is a moot point.

I imagine Iced T himself is mature enough to know that he's human and can have good days and bad days at "the office".
