Was this originally titled 'Reality Sucks?'

For years I have wondered about the title of this movie. The trailers for this movie were running at a time when I went to a lot of movies - pretty much any movie worth seeing, I went to at the theater because between 1992 and August of 1994 (birth of my son) me and my wife were referred to as DINKs - Dual Income, No Kids. We love movies and we had the time and cash to do it.

Anyway, I recall seeing the trailer for this movie during previews for another movie that I went to, and I could have sworn the original title of this movie from the trailer was "Reality Sucks." Does anyone else remember that, or do I have it messed up - all a figment of my over-active imagination?

That might have been another working title, but I know that it was originally called "The Real World" but they had to change it because of the MTV show of the same name.

Reality Sucks would have been a more appropriate title.

reflection of the time.... "bites" was the new "sucks"....

"This movie sucks" would have been very appropriate.
