Cup handling

Did you ever noticed that nobody use the cup handle when drinking their beverage? Not Vincent not Jules, not the bartender.
It seems only Esmeraldas Villa Lobos did use the cup handle.

The Wolf does. And he salutes the coffee with the cup handle too

Well that's just straight out wrong. Honey Bunny holds her cup by the handle in the opening scene. Vincent and Jules both hold their mugs by the handle when drinking Jimmy's "gourmet" coffee. So does the Wolf. Jimmy himself holds his mug with both hands including on the handle.
