He does later specify he doesn't eat pork so maybe he was considering becoming vegetarian? Could be another big change in his post-gangster life.

I don't think I could ever date a Vegetarian. I have some on my family on my dad's side and they think it's wrong to eat animals. But they aren't judgmental to me, my mom, my dad, my brothers, or my sisters for eating meat. Frankly though I could never become one. Love eating meat way too much. Not to mention I can't eat raw vegetables due to a very extensive surgery I had on my stomach 5 years ago this coming Saturday. And cooked vegetables don't have as much nutrients like protein compared to meat.
