When Vada met her mother's first husband, he said he wasn't her real father. It was interesting because they did kind of look alike. Do you think Jeffrey was telling the truth or he was her real father but thought her knowing that would only complicate things? Also, some people seem so sure that Nick and Vada would end up together when they are older. They are only 14 and you can't determine that when you're so young. Also it would be strange for them even if they're not blood related because her uncle and aunt would be her in-laws. Weird! What do you think?

If they look a like, its coincidence, because none of the ACTORS are related anyway. :)

Everyone's hung up about Vada not looking like her mother and Vada looking like the man who might be her father...they're just actors and actresses playing roles.

But isn't it implied when Veda says his daughter looked like her when she was a little girl? Either it's wishful thinking on Veda's part, the first husband doesn't want to complicate things or isn't sure himself, or none of it is true. Yeah, we know they are actors who are unrelated, but she definitely looks more like him than Dan Aykroyd.
