It's 2016, don't you all think is time for this? A new darker version of the character, more like the comics. What's your opinion?

They already had one. It was a cartoon.

Production on such a show would be too expensive and take too long.

Well Game of Thrones had ell done CGI for it's cable budget and this can be a Starz show.
