I agree who cares what Siskel and Ebert offer as a review. They had obnoxiously high viewing standards. The Wayans brothers have a resume full of outrageous comedies. Their comedy is akin to the style of MAD magazine ... very unconventional and you either like the comedy or you don't. Major Payne is a funny movie with Damon Wayans playing an active duty army Major who finds himself assigned to a private military school with a bunch of misfit JROTC students. His job is to turn this group of misfits into a disciplined cadre of JROTC cadets. Not an easy task. Damon Wayans is convincing and many scenes are gut busting funny.

Exactly, who cares. People that review movies miss the point of a good movie, to enjoy it.
