This is Damon Wayne's Best Role Ever

I love this movie. He is so damn good and original. I know some of the lines were taken from other films but other than the line from "Cool Hand Luke" it's so funny and I can quote it to this day. To this day when he tells the story about "The Little Engine That Could" I almost have to go to the emergency room for oxygen it's so damn funny. I love Wayne's voice in the film too. Oh yeah, the scene that homages "Apocalypse Now" ...I'm laughing just thinking about. Also, other than T2, has there ever been a better use of the song "Bad To The Bone" by George Thergood?

I agree, his best character hands down. "Blankman" wasn't his best character, but I was nevertheless impressed with the creative originality of that movie, even though it turned out bad. The premise has been reused to better effect in other movies since then, which shows that it had something going for it in the originality department.
