is pat a man or woman

i need to know cause its bugging the hell out of me

reply

We're never supposed to know, that's the joke. But my guess would be a man, because Pat has always maintained his/her heterosexuality, and I don't think I woman would be so adamant about it. (I also don't think a woman who looks like that wouldn't have at least "experimented.")

reply

I think Pat's a woman. It's something about the face that gives it away. I'd say Pat's definitely played by a woman.

Pat is played by a women but the question is whether in the sketch he is a man or women which has never or will never be told!

reply

When pat kisses Harvy Kitel in a skit on SNL pat takes the normal girl pose,
ant the person who played pat said a fan called her on this and She then said that her fan got her and then she said "pat is a girl."!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carefull son i think that's loaded.-last word's.

reply

I second this. I've seen interviews where Sweeny was talking about this same exact situation, and admitted that, because the fan caught her head tilt, Pat IS a woman.

reply

there was an epsiode of SNL where someone is like, What are you a man or a woman, and Pat's like I am a ... and Adam Sandler is like NO! You can't say it, blah blah.

reply

I THINK HE/SHE HAS THE TWO SEXS!!!

Well, Pat is played by Julia Sweeny. If you see what Julia Sweeny looks like in a dress, you will probably agree that she is "all woman." Hope that clears it up.

part of me believes that since pat is played by a woman, pat is a woman. but the other part screams when thinking of a woman with that bad of fashion sense, and that hair, and those habits, etc.

That's part of Pat's magic. Julia Sweeney created a man/woman not just androgynous, but disturbingly annoying and lacking in social skills.

i guess that's it simple charm.

pat is sexy as hell!!

reply

Something that helps sometimes is you look at a person's fingers. Men have proportionately shorter, thicker fingers which are more rounded at the tip. Women have proportionately longer, thinner fingers which are more pointed at the tip. And if that makes any sense to you, look at Pat's fingers. If you know what you are looking for, you will be able to figure out Pat's gender, because Pat's fingers give it away.

To tell the truth, I thought it was obvious that Pat was a woman. No man could possibly be THAT obnoxious!

Call me crazy? Man, you make my day.
My state of residence is disarray.

You obviously haven't met my uncle Stewie!

reply

Even though Pat is played by a woman...I always thought it was a man. Or..maybe..it was a hermaphrodite and we're all wrong!!!

Pat is an FTM..(female to male transsexual) lmao

David (who is an FTM and always had short hands with rounded fingertips.. *shrugs*)

reply

yes!! Lol. And as such, people ought to refer to pat as 'hir' rather than as 'he/she'. Ze is just a person. I'm the same way, mentally speaking, so the question of hir gender doesn't bother me so much.
