This is a really sweet film. The two main characters played by Nic Cage and Bridget Fonda are so likable. If you are looking for a movie to lift your spirits you can't go wrong with this film.
Rosie Perez puts in a fantastic performance as the greedy wife as well.
It is a sweet film , but more of a romantic light drama, as it's not particularly funny or humorous. Credit to Rosie Perez for creating a comic villain I guess, but I personally couldn't stand the character's voice. It was about as pleasant as is dragging your fingernails across a blackboard.🐭
