Hi does anybody know if there was ever a soundtrack because i am looking for that song FREEKZ(thats what they call us) which says on the credits that it was writtain by tim burns and mark free(king kobra) did some of the vocals.

No, unfortunately no soundtrack... Why? I don't know. As for the song, I have the workprint of "Hideous Mutant Freekz" and there is a demo version of the song played on that. Not sure if it's more complete...

Unfortunately, no soundtrack was ever released for this film. To me, especially after seeing the track listing and hearing the excerpts throughout the movie, this was a HUGE injustice.
HOWEVER, there is a way to get the theme song. There's a 2-CD album called 'Funkronomicon' and it's a compilation of music from Bill Laswell's Axiom label. In addition to some truly great music from various luminaries of the funk movement (Eddie Hazel, Bootsy Collins, etc) it contains--drum roll--the song "Hideous Mutant Freaks" by George Clinton. It's a great track, well work seeking out this OOP release.
You can find "Funkronomicon" on Ebay and Amazon(used). Go and get it!
