Inspired Lunacy ala Killer Clowns From Outer Space
Man, I thought I had a real DOG of a movie in the first 15 minutes. Bad sets, annoying characters, weak story premise.....
.....but after they got to the freak show....WOW...this movie explodes with wacky humor and adventure!! The whole feel is like Killer Clowns in that everything is so very, very, wrong, but what can you do about it? All the cliche's are played to the hilt, you can't help but laugh at the sheer ridiculousness of it all.
I think my trigger point was the stolen Ramada Inn towels!!! After that, I rolled with every joke! Even the troll wasn't annoying any more...
