Can't believe this did not win Best Make-Up
At the 1995 Oscar's this lost Best Make-Up to Forest Gump.

"Forrest Gump" didn't win Makeup. It won Visual Effects. "Ed Wood" won Makeup. While the Creature/Elizabeth work in "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein" was phenomenal, the transformation of Martin Landau into Bela Lugosi was truly stunning. Even twenty years later, it looks like Tim Burton found a way to resurrect the real Bela and use him for those two hours.
